Did you know that currently in Ireland there are 297,547 persons holding a Learner permit. This information is true up to the end of June 2009. Of these 244,232 hold a Learner Permit for a Car. 2,346,748 persons hold a full driving licence and application levels for the driving test are at an average of 3,000 weekly this year.
